Amazing breakfast and staff very good. Sam the bellboy was very knowledgable. Close to mono rail and underground. 10 minutes to KLCC and petronis towers. We pad about £33 a night and got upgraded to a suite on floor 23. Building opposite but can’t really hear it. Recommend.

We had an extended stay here over Christmas and new year visiting friends and relatives. Check in was very straightforward and the welcome was good. The room, well more an apartment really was huge. A kitchenette, seating area with a small poor quality tv, separate bedroom and a bathroom. but it doesn't look like it's seen a duster since the 20th century. We actually had to ask for the room to be vacuumed. Housekeeping usually make the bed and change the towels, little else. There is a fridge in the room which was useful, particularly for the daily two bottles of water that is supplied. The bed was a bit wobbly but we managed to not fall out :-) The staff in general were excellent. The adjoining restaurant served a decent breakfast but other meals were not quite so good. Again, the staff here were superb. We asked for a late checkout as we had a night flight but were only offered an extra hour despite it being a Monday with half the rooms empty. As we had a month long stay we were disappointed with this.

Short trip in KL (celebrating my niece birthday) ..Stayed in room 2901 with my little niece. From Check-in to check-out the guy from front office (I forgot the name) and all the staff gave their excellent service. Definitely will come back and recommend to my friends if their coming for a visit in KL. First time I had ala minute croissant in breakfast totally impressed. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Booked 3 nights and loved our 50 sq m room with a kitchenette. I was very impressed by the staff there, whether at the reception, at the entrance or at the restaurant. Even met a very nice staff member clearing the leaves at the trail around the pools and tennis court. He was kind enough to retreat from the path with his tools so that I could continue on the path. Every time we enter or exit the entrance of the hotel, we were greeted by staff who greeted us with a smile and a hand to the heart. Staff at the restaurant Binjai were also very fast in clearing our plates despite the many guests having breakfast. The best thing about the buffet breakfast was the baked in the oven and fresh out of the oven croissant and chocolate danish. They were so light and crispy. I think Perdana KL CC has done well in training its staff in customer service.

My husband and I chose Perdana as it’s located near the wedding venue we were attending. Plus point, it’s also within walking distance to KLCC and many eateries. Otherwise, we could travel around the city via Grab. We opted for studio queen room as it’s only for the two of us. It came with a small kitchenette, a separate living area with a two seater settee with a dining table for two. Breakfast is always a busy affair from 6.30 to 11am. But there’s always adequate seatings btwn the indoor or outdoor setting. International food choices offered indoor whereas live station for your preferred style of eggs and roti canai is outdoor. Local or international food fare is in abundance in KL at every corner or any street. We wished we had more time to explore this vibrant city but our time was spent with visiting relatives and a wedding. Generally the hotel room and hotel is clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Basic toiletries like shampoo, body wash are provided but you can arrange with front desk for extras such as room slippers, toothbrushes, comb etc Only note that hair conditioner is not included The only pain we had during our stay was the renovation going on in the hotel during our stay. It was an inconvenience not being able to get our noon nap while being away from work. Hopefully all reno works are done when we visit next.
